Tasting in Chianti. Chianti is made famous by its
delectable red wines of the same name. Known as a wine

Chianti is Florence Golf Club Ugolino, the first golf club
in the whole of Italy.  It
was originally founded in the Cascine area in 1889 and was
then transferred to Osmannoro. The idea of a new golf
course sprang in the early 1930’s and the project for the
modernized Ugolino was undertaken. Today, Florence Golf
Club Ugolino is considered as the one of the most beautiful
natural golf courses of the world, underscoring the natural
beauty of the Tuscan landscape.
With its cypress, olive trees and
wonderful slopes, the Florence Golf
Club Ugolino is a sight to behold.
The golf course became a host to the Open Internazionale
d'Italia held in 1993 and won by Bernard Langer after a

Aside from golf, you can also go on biking tours in the
Chianti wine region of Tuscany as well as hike in the
